2020年以来中国住房和城乡建设部（MOHURD）和瑞士发展与合作署（SDC）进行项目合作，实施“中瑞零碳建筑合作项目”，旨在借鉴瑞士在零碳建筑领域积累的经验，帮助中国制定零碳建筑技术标准，建设零碳建筑示范项目，以此推动减少中国建筑业的温室气体排放。
在此框架下，为了更好地推广零碳建筑，项目执行方中国建筑科学研究院（CABR）和瑞士联合团队intep/Skat共同发起“中瑞零碳建筑系列研讨会” -- “ZEB TALKS”。 我们拟邀请中国和瑞士的政府官员、技术专家、规划设计人员和决策者参加约每月一次的“中瑞零碳建筑系列研讨会”，介绍和讨论与零碳建筑、社区发展和建筑标准相关的前沿理念、解决方案、技术和工具。
在五月份的讲座中，我们将邀请来自卢塞恩应用科学与艺术大学（HSLU）的Adrian Altenburger教授和中国建筑科学研究院的张时聪博士为我们介绍如何通过综合规划的方法助力零碳建筑项目的实施。
Since 2020, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (MOHURD) and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) have been collaborating on a project entitled "Sino-Swiss Zero Emission Building Cooperation Project", which aims to draw on Switzerland's experience in the field of zero emission buildings to support China in developing zero emission building standards and building zero emission building demonstration projects, thereby contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions in China's construction sector.
Within this framework, and in order to better promote zero carbon buildings, the project implementer, the China Academy of Building Research (CABR), and the Swiss joint team intep/Skat have initiated the "ZEB TALKS", a series of seminars on zero emission buildings in China and Switzerland. Government officials, technical experts, planners and policy makers from China and Switzerland will be invited to the monthly "ZEB TALKS" to present and discuss cutting-edge ideas, solutions, technologies and tools related to zero carbon buildings, community development and building standards.
In the secondZEB TALK in May, we will invite Prof. Adrian Altenburger from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Lucerne (HSLU) and Dr. Zhang Shicong from the Chinese Academy of Building Sciences to present the integrated planning approach for zero emission building projects.

来自卢塞恩应用科学与艺术大学（HSLU）的Adrian Altenburger教授（瑞士政府的主要顾问），将介绍瑞士如何通过综合规划来进行零碳建筑的设计。他将介绍跨学科设计的成功案例，演讲的重点是通过区域能源供应，进而创造能源和建筑技术之间的共生关系。
来自中国建筑科学研究院的张时聪博士将从中国的视角对演讲内容进行总结评论，并分享他所在研究机构中针对该主题的的宝贵经验，在演讲之后将与瑞士专家进行互动。
In the May edition, Prof. Adrian Altenburger -a leading Swiss advisor of the Swiss Government- from Lucerne University of Applied Science and Arts (HSLU), will present the Swiss experience of an integrated planning approach for ZEB design. He will present success stories of interdisciplinary design with a focus on energy supply for district to create a symbiosis between energy and building technologies.
Dr. Zhang (CABR) will comment the presentation from the Chinese perspective and provide his valuable insights from a leading Chinese research institution as well as shortly interview the swiss expert.

Adrian Altenburger教授是卢塞恩应用科学和艺术大学（HSLU） "建筑技术和能源 "研究所的联合负责人，他也是瑞士工程师和建筑师协会的董事会成员。
Prof. Adrian Altenburger (HSLU) is the Co-Head of the Institute “Building Technology and Energy” at the Lucerne University of Applied Science and Arts, and he is a board member of the Swiss Society of Engineers and Architects.

张博士是中国建筑学会零能耗建筑委员会的秘书长。他还积极参与各种国际组织以及国际合作项目，是中国建筑规范和标准制定领域的主要专家。
Dr. Zhang is the Secretary General of the Zero Energy Building Committee at the Architecture Society of China. He additionally is active in a variety of international organizations and collaborations, is Chinas key expert in developing building codes and standards.

项目背景/ Background
为了有效减少中国建筑领域的能耗和温室气体排放，加强中瑞两国在气候保护、建筑节能领域的合作，2020年11月24，瑞士联邦外交事务部（EDA）与中华人民共和国住房和城乡建设部（MoHURD）签署了关于中瑞在建筑节能领域发展合作谅解备忘录。
在此背景下，”中瑞零碳建筑合作项目”得到启动，项目中方执行单位为中国建筑科学研究院（CABR），瑞方执行团队为intep/Skat联合团队。项目旨在共同开发面向未来的“零碳建筑技术标准”，在中国不同气候区建设零碳建筑示范项目，以及开展专业培训、系列研讨会等能力建设，推动零碳建筑在中国的发展。
In order to effectively reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions in the building sector in China and to strengthen the cooperation between China and Switzerland in the field of climate protection and building energy efficiency, the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (EDA) and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (MoHURD) of the People's Republic of China signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the development of Sino-Swiss cooperation in the field of building energy efficiency on November 24, 2020.
In this context, the "Sino-Swiss Zero Carbon Building Cooperation Project" was launched, implemented by the Chinese side by the China Academy of Building Research (CABR) and the Swiss side by a joint intep/Skat team. The aim of the project is to jointly develop a future-oriented "zero carbon building technology standard", to build zero carbon building demonstration projects in different climate zones in China, and to promote the development of zero carbon buildings in China through professional training, a series of seminars and other capacity building.
