2020年以来中国住房和城乡建设部（MOHURD）和瑞士发展与合作署（SDC）进行项目合作，实施“中瑞零碳建筑合作项目”，旨在借鉴瑞士在零碳建筑领域积累的经验，帮助中国制定零碳建筑技术标准，实施零碳建筑示范项目，以此推动减少中国建筑行业的温室气体排放。

在此框架下，为了更好地推广零碳建筑，项目执行方中国建筑科学研究院（CABR）和瑞士联合团队intep/Skat共同发起了“中瑞零碳建筑系列研讨会” -- “ZEB TALKS”。我们拟邀请中国和瑞士的政府官员、技术专家、规划设计人员和决策者参加约每月一次的“中瑞零碳建筑系列研讨会”，介绍和讨论与零碳建筑、社区发展和建筑标准相关的前沿理念、解决方案、技术和工具。

本期研讨会，ZEB团队将回顾零碳建筑的建设方案，以及如何通过提供适当的激励政策来实施相关措施。

张时聪博士将介绍他对绿色建筑技术实施的见解及中国当前正在进行的相关研究。

高辉女士将分享中瑞两国在建筑节能减排领域的政府合作成果及未来展望。

景计划的同时， 他将结合他在能源和减排项目方面的丰富经验，重点聚焦介绍项目对保护气候的贡献。 

王泽女士将深入中国与瑞士低碳合作背景，就双方在未来几年的商业发展与合作做出展望。

专家们将在分享结束后开展讨论并回答来宾的问题，本次研讨会由杨芯岩博士主持。

Since 2020 the Chinese Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (MOHURD) and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) have been working together to implement the "Sino-Swiss Zero Emission Building Cooperation Project", which aims to use Switzerland's experience in the field of zero carbon buildings to help China develop zero emission building technology standards and build zero emission building demonstration projects, thereby promoting the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions in China's building sector.

In this framework and in order to better promote Zero Emission Buildings, the project implementer - China Academy of Building Research (CABR) and the Swiss Consortium - intep/Skat have launched the "Sino-Swiss Zero Emission Building Seminar Series" - "ZEB TALKS ". We intend to invite Chinese and Swiss government officials, technical experts, planners and policy makers to the approximately monthly "Sino-Swiss Zero Emission Building Seminar Series" to present and discuss cutting-edge ideas, solutions, technologies and tools related to zero emission buildings, district development and building standards.

In February 2023, the ZEB-team will give an overview about Zero Emission Buildings as a concept and how to implement them by providing suitable incentives.

•Dr ZHANG Shicong will present insights about green building technology implementation and ongoing research in China. 

•Ms. GAO Hui will give an overview about the achievements and outlook of the Sino-Swiss government cooperation in the field of building energy efficiency and emission reduction.

•Mr. Wesley Wojtas will provide insights about the past, present and future of the ZEB-project. He will summarize the achievements and outlook of the project, focusing on climate benefits, and connect it with his extensive experience on energy and emission reduction projects. 

•Ms. WANG Ze will zoom into the Sino Swiss low carbon cooperation context and provide an outlook about potential bilateral commercial cooperation opportunities for the next years. 

•The expert inputs will be followed by a panel discussion between the experts. The ZEB TALK will be moderated by Dr. YANG Xinyan.
